Terms of Service

Welcome to the Trust Wallet Card service ("Service"), operated by DApps Platform Software Services Ltd. ("Trust Wallet", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, including the Trust Wallet Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Card" means the Trust Wallet Virtual or Physical Card issued in connection with the Service.
"Wallet" means your Trust Wallet self-custody cryptocurrency wallet.
"USDT" means Tether (USDT) on the TRON blockchain (TRC-20).
"Transaction" means any payment, purchase, or fund transfer initiated through the Card.
"Network Fee" means the blockchain transaction fee charged by the TRON network.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited or restricted;
Possess a valid Trust Wallet account with at least 20 TRX (or equivalent) to cover initial network fees;
Be the sole owner and controller of the connected wallet (multi-signature wallets are not supported).

3. Service Description

The Trust Wallet Card allows you to spend USDT held in your Trust Wallet at any merchant that accepts Visa payments. Payments are settled on-chain via the TRON blockchain. Merchants receive fiat currency, and the conversion from USDT to fiat occurs automatically at the time of each Transaction.

3.1 Non-Custodial Nature

Trust Wallet is a non-custodial service. Your private keys and funds remain under your sole control at all times. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your cryptocurrency assets. Transactions are initiated and signed directly from your Wallet.

3.2 Card Types

Digital Card: A virtual card that can be added to Apple Pay, Google Pay, and used for online purchases. Available immediately upon approval.
Physical Card: A contactless Visa debit card delivered to your address. Availability is subject to regional rollout schedules.

4. Fees and Charges

The Service is designed to be transparent and cost-effective:

Card issuance fee: $0.00 (free)
Monthly maintenance fee: $0.00 (none)
Transaction processing fee: $0.00 (no card-level fees)
Network fee: Approximately $0.10 per transaction (TRON network fee, subject to network conditions)
Currency conversion: Conversion rates are determined at the time of the Transaction and may include a spread of up to 0.5%.

We reserve the right to introduce or modify fees with at least 30 days' prior written notice.

5. Transaction Limits

Single transaction limit: $10,000 USD equivalent
Daily spending limit: $25,000 USD equivalent
Monthly spending limit: $100,000 USD equivalent

Limits may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. Higher limits may be available upon request and additional verification.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Maintain sufficient USDT and TRX balances in your Wallet to cover Transactions and Network Fees;
Keep your Wallet credentials, recovery phrase, and Card details secure and confidential;
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Card via the Trust Wallet app;
Use the Card only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws;
Not use the Card for prohibited categories including, but not limited to: gambling, adult content, money laundering, sanctions-evasion, or terrorist financing.

7. Card Security

You may freeze and unfreeze your Card at any time through the Trust Wallet app. Freezing the Card immediately disables all card-based Transactions but does not affect your Wallet or its contents. If your Card is lost, stolen, or compromised, freeze it immediately and contact our support team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Service remain the exclusive property of DApps Platform Software Services Ltd. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUES ARE VOLATILE AND MAY FLUCTUATE SIGNIFICANTLY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH DIGITAL ASSET TRANSACTIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trust Wallet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by freezing your Card and discontinuing use. Upon termination, your remaining USDT balance remains in your Wallet and under your control.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
