Cardholder Agreement
This Cardholder Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Cardholder", "you", "your") and DApps Platform Software Services Ltd. ("Issuer", "we", "us", "our"), the program manager for the Trust Wallet Card. By activating or using your Trust Wallet Card, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Card Issuance
1.1 Card Program
The Trust Wallet Card is a prepaid Visa card linked to your Trust Wallet. The Card is issued by our partner financial institution under license from Visa International and managed by DApps Platform Software Services Ltd. The Card allows you to make purchases at any point-of-sale terminal, online merchant, or ATM that accepts Visa, using USDT (TRC-20) held in your Trust Wallet.
1.2 Card Activation
Your Card will be activated upon successful completion of the application process, which includes:
- Acceptance of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Notice;
- Verification of wallet ownership and eligibility;
- Successful connection of your Trust Wallet to the Card service;
- Confirmation that your wallet contains sufficient TRX for network fees.
1.3 Card Validity
Your Digital Card is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Physical Cards are valid until the expiration date printed on the card. We will automatically issue a replacement card prior to expiration.
2. Using Your Card
2.1 Authorized Transactions
You authorize us to debit your Wallet for any Transaction made using the Card, including the applicable TRON network fee. Each Transaction requires sufficient USDT balance plus approximately 20 TRX for the network fee.
2.2 How Transactions Work
- You initiate a payment using your Card (tap, swipe, online, or mobile wallet);
- The payment network (Visa) authorizes the transaction amount;
- The equivalent USDT amount is locked in your Wallet via a smart contract interaction;
- The USDT is converted to fiat currency and the merchant is paid;
- The blockchain transaction is confirmed on TRON (typically within 3 seconds);
- A TRON network fee (~$0.10) is deducted from your TRX balance.
2.3 Conversion Rates
USDT-to-fiat conversion rates are determined at the time of Transaction authorization. The rate is based on the prevailing market rate plus a spread of up to 0.5%. Cross-border transactions may incur additional Visa network fees of up to 1%.

5. Rewards Program
As a Cardholder, you are automatically enrolled in the Trust Wallet Gold Rewards program:
- Earn 1 Gold Rewards point for every $1 spent;
- Additional crypto cashback on qualifying transactions;
- Points are accumulated automatically — no action required;
- Rewards may be redeemed within the Trust Wallet app for supported digital assets;
- The rewards program is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
6. Card Security and Fraud Protection
6.1 Freeze and Unfreeze
You may instantly freeze or unfreeze your Card through the Trust Wallet app at any time. Freezing the Card prevents all new transactions while keeping your Wallet funds fully accessible.
6.2 Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, you must notify us within 60 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and, if the claim is valid, credit the disputed amount to your Wallet within 10 business days. Your liability for unauthorized transactions is limited to $50 if reported within 2 business days, or $500 if reported within 60 days.
6.3 Card Replacement
If your Card is lost, stolen, or compromised, freeze it immediately via the app and request a replacement. Digital Cards can be reissued instantly. Physical Card replacements are shipped within 5–7 business days.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Card for:
- Online gambling or betting (where prohibited by law);
- Purchase of illegal goods or services;
- Money laundering or terrorist financing;
- Transactions that violate economic sanctions or export control laws;
- Cash advances (except ATM withdrawals for Physical Cards);
- Peer-to-peer fund transfers via the Card;
- Any activity that violates Visa's operating regulations.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Card without prior notice if:
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- You violate this Agreement or the Terms of Service;
- Required by law, regulation, or Visa network rules;
- Your Wallet is compromised or multi-signature is detected.
You may close your Card account at any time by contacting support. Remaining USDT in your Wallet is unaffected by Card closure.
9. Dispute Resolution
Transaction disputes should be reported within 60 days. We will provide a provisional credit within 10 business days while investigating. The investigation may take up to 45 days (90 days for international or point-of-sale transactions). If the dispute is resolved in your favor, the credit becomes permanent. If resolved against you, the provisional credit will be reversed.
10. Amendments
We may amend this Agreement at any time by providing at least 30 days' written notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Card after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
